人々を目的地へ導いてきたヴィンテージのバスロールサイン。

その歴史を受け継ぎながら、
バックパックとショルダー、二つのスタイルで使えるバッグとして仕立てました。

主に80〜90年代、ロンドンをはじめ英国各地で実際に使用されていたバスロールサインをアップサイクル。

どの位置から文字を切り取るかによって、文字の配置や余白、かすれ、表情は一点ずつ異なります。

英国のヴィンテージ素材と、倉敷の帆布、姫路レザー。
それらを日本の鞄職人が一つひとつ丁寧に仕立てた、世界に一つだけの2way Style Bagです。


Every sign carries a story.

Once used on buses travelling through British streets, these vintage destination blinds guided countless people on their journeys.

Today, their history continues in a new form — a bag designed to be carried in two ways, as a backpack or over the shoulder.

We upcycle authentic vintage bus destination blinds, primarily from the 1980s and 1990s, once used in London and other cities across the UK.

Each section is individually selected and cut, giving every bag its own unique arrangement of lettering, spacing, fading and character.

British vintage materials are combined with Kurashiki canvas and Himeji leather, then carefully handcrafted by skilled bag makers in Japan.

The result is a truly one-of-a-kind 2way Style Bag.



■ 2way Style

バックパックとショルダー。
移動や装いに合わせて、二つのスタイルを自然に切り替えられる2way仕様です。

約18Lの容量に、15インチPCやA4書類、水筒、折りたたみ傘、ポーチ類など、毎日の必需品をまとめて収納。

本体は約740g。軽さと耐久性のバランスを考え、本体には10号帆布、必要な部分には姫路レザーを使用しています。

仕事から日常、少し荷物が増える外出や旅行まで、シーンに合わせて自由な持ち方を楽しめます。

Backpack or shoulder bag — two carrying styles in one.

With approximately 18 litres of capacity, the bag accommodates a laptop up to 15 inches, A4 documents, a water bottle, folding umbrella, pouches and other everyday essentials.

Weighing approximately 740g, it balances lightness and durability through a combination of No.10 canvas and carefully placed Himeji leather.

Designed for work, everyday use and travel, it adapts naturally to the way you move.

The breathable air-mesh back panel provides soft cushioning while helping reduce heat and moisture when carried as a backpack.

A YKK double zip and leather piping around the main opening combine everyday practicality with a structured, durable finish.



■ 日本の素材と職人技

本体には、岡山県・倉敷児島で織られた10号帆布を使用。

しっかりとした厚みとコシを持ちながら、過度に硬くなりすぎない帆布の内側に綿オックス生地を貼り合わせ、さらにレーヨンの裏地を重ねた三層構造にしています。

形崩れを抑えながら、内容物をしっかりと支える強度と、日常使いに必要な耐久性を確保しています。

底面やファスナー引き手などには、姫路のタンナーによって丁寧に鞣された国産牛革を使用。

柔らかさと耐久性を備え、使い込むほどに艶と表情が増していきます。


■ Japanese Materials & Craftsmanship

The main body is made from No.10 canvas woven in Kojima, Kurashiki, Okayama.

Cotton Oxford fabric is bonded to the inside of the canvas and finished with a rayon lining, creating a three-layer construction that helps maintain the bag's shape while providing strength and durability for everyday use.

Selected details, including the base and zip pulls, are made from Himeji leather carefully tanned from Japanese cowhide.

Soft yet durable, the leather develops a richer patina and character with continued use.



■ Vintage Bus Destination Blind

使用しているバスロールサインは、実際に英国の路線バスで使用されていたヴィンテージ素材です。

地域や年代、使用環境によって、文字の発色、生地の厚み、シワ、かすれなど、その表情は一点ずつ異なります。

当時シルクスクリーンで刷られた文字と、素材が刻んできた時間。

同じロールサインであっても、同じ位置から文字を切り取ることはできないため、完成するバッグはすべて異なる表情を持つ一点物です。


■ Vintage Bus Destination Blind

Each bag incorporates an authentic vintage bus destination blind once used on a working bus in the UK.

Variations in location, period and years of use have given each piece its own colour, texture, creases, fading and character.

The original screen-printed lettering and traces of time are intentionally preserved.

Because every section is individually cut from the original blind, no two bags can ever be exactly alike.

この商品は、実際に英国の路線バスで使用されていたヴィンテージのバスロールサインをアップサイクルしています。

クリーニング後も、文字のかすれ、シミ、汚れ、色味、シワなどが残る場合があります。それらも素材が歩んできた時間の痕跡であり、一点物ならではの特徴としてそのまま活かしています。

一点物のため、文字内容・配置・表情は商品ごとに異なります。

洗濯は型崩れの原因となるためおすすめしておりません。帆布部分が汚れた場合は、薄めた中性洗剤を含ませた柔らかい布で軽く叩くようにお手入れしてください。

雨・汗・摩擦などにより色落ち・色移りする場合があります。淡色の衣類をご着用の際はご注意ください。

タイベックは熱に弱いため、火気や高温となる場所を避け、アイロン・ドライヤーは使用しないでください。また、紫外線により変色する場合がありますので、直射日光を避けて保管してください。

アルコールを含む除菌シート・ウェットティッシュ・消毒液・制汗シートなどは、色落ちや変色の原因となる場合があります。

タイベックの白地部分は、使用や摩擦により繊維が起毛する場合があります。


■ Before Purchase

This product is made using authentic vintage bus destination blinds that were once used on working buses in the UK.

Although each piece has been carefully cleaned, signs of age and use — including fading, stains, marks, creases and variations in colour — may remain. These characteristics are intentionally preserved as part of the material's history and the unique character of each bag.

As every bag is one of a kind, the lettering, placement and overall appearance will vary from piece to piece.

Hand washing or machine washing is not recommended, as it may cause the bag to lose its shape. If the canvas becomes dirty, gently dab the affected area with a soft cloth dampened with diluted mild detergent.

Colour transfer may occur due to rain, moisture, perspiration or friction. Please take extra care when wearing light-coloured clothing.

Tyvek® is sensitive to heat. Keep away from open flames and high temperatures, and do not use an iron or hair dryer. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause discolouration. Store the bag in a cool, shaded place.

Alcohol-based products such as disinfectant wipes, wet wipes, hand sanitisers or deodorant wipes may cause fading or discolouration.

The white Tyvek® surface may develop slight fibre fuzzing through normal friction and use.
