The Tyvek sign fabric, which was actually used on red double-decker London buses in the 1980s and 1990s, is cut and sewn according to the length of each part, such as the head and body. The tie fabric used for the parts is Nishijin silk fabric from the 1980s. The fabric is a fusion of rare sample fabrics woven for color samples prior to production.
